Paul Argo (Semi-retired Builder with 40 years experience throughout Australia & Papua New Guinea) formed the company “Insulated Construction Australia” (ICA) which will provide to the Construction Industry an alternate method of building residential and commercial buildings. When this method of construction is used it will remove the need for the Timber Frames & Trusses, Bricks, Gyprock and conventional Roof Battens & Roofing Material as well as the need for Sarking on Walls and Roof from your standard design.
It is ICA’s intention to deliver to the Builder, the complete package utilising the best Insulated panelling available on the Australian Market, combined with our innovative tooling and product development to deliver panels marked for standing and prepared for easy installation of Electrical, Telephone, Data and Plumbing Services.
- Complete Top / Bottom Plates and Tie-down System.
- Pre-fabricated walls in factory environment for quality control and no inclement weather delays.
- Specially designed Soffit mounting system for the carriage of Electrical, Telephone, Data and Plumbing services in a Cable Tray.
- This system allows for ease of access of services at a later date.
- Enables the Builder to use own local suppliers of Facia and Gutter systems.
- Allows for the use of Colorbond soffits, hence reduced maintenance (painting).
- Window Reveals and Door Systems (allows for use of face fixed powder coated windows and revels and Square set door jambs) timber option available.
